In 1954, Tom Dolan and Ralph Feldhaus were selling equipment to power companies.  They started their own company at the beginning of 1955.  At the beginning of 1988, they began their transitions into retirement.

In early 1991, battery failure caused a three-way switch burn down in sub-zero weather on the north shore.  It took several years to find the battery monitor inventor and his designer to build a 24 VDC device, tailored to the utility industry.  The monitors are built in northern Minnesota.

I am a Navy veteran and a Michigan State University Engineering grad, supported by experts from the companies represented.
